ixbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms — including fraud, identity misrepresentation or bonus abuse — any remaining balance may be forfeited.
